What do I need to use Apollo?
A computer with Google Chrome connected to your sound system and your TV. The Apollo player runs in the browser; everything else you manage from your phone.
What does the Apollo AI DJ do?
It analyses every song (tempo, key, energy, structure) and, among the songs of the styles you picked, chooses the one that best follows what is playing. The mix comes in on the beat over the end of the previous song, with no cuts or silences, and never stacks two vocals.
What is the difference between DJ mode and Party Mode?
Both mix on the beat with the same styles and flows. In DJ mode your guests' requests play first, one VIP and one regular, mixed in when they fit. In Party Mode the DJ decides when each request comes in: it mixes it when it fits, makes it wait 3 songs at most and plays up to 3 requests after every round of styles. Standard mode uses the usual change, with no mixes.
Can my guests request songs?
Yes. They scan the QR, search for the song and add it to the queue for free. If they want it to play sooner they pay a VIP request from their phone. You decide which genres and artists stay blocked.
Can I show my promotions on the TV?
Yes. Upload an image or a video, choose full screen or banner, schedule the days and hours or show it right now. The player puts it on air without cutting the music.
How much does it cost?
The first 7 days are free and we do not ask for a card. After that there are monthly and annual plans from $100 USD a month in the United States, paid by card. In Colombia plans start at $35.000 COP a month, paid through a payment link.
Is there support?
Yes, on WhatsApp 7 days a week. We help you set up the player, build your styles and get the QR onto the tables.
Does Apollo have karaoke?
Yes. Turn it on in the settings and your guests sign up from the QR with their name and their song. You send each singer on from the manager and the lyrics run on your TV, word by word, over the instrumental, with the video behind and optional guide vocals. Between singers, the DJ carries on with your music.
How does my bar make money with Apollo?
Every time a guest pays to move their song up, a share is yours: 10% on the base plans and 30% on Platinum and Diamond, worked out after taxes and processor fees. The report in the manager shows every song with every deduction, and you withdraw the balance to your bar's account from your phone.
